Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation Guidelines

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Once order processing and shipping have begun, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The item fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.

The received product is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Appropriate evidence must be provided, such as an unboxing video or photo, along with the order number and customer name.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds for returns due to buyer’s remorse are permitted; however, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from the refund amount for canceled orders to cover administrative costs.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever comes first.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy

If a shipment fails to arrive due to a carrier error, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, the cost of reordering a replacement item will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable or Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or reshipments will not be granted in the following cases:

Delivery delays resulting from circumstances under the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address).

Items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Orders returned without prior authorization.

Pre-order or custom-made items, unless they are defective.

Orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Items held in customs or delayed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs clearance delays).

Orders failed due to incorrect customer contact information. If we are unable to reach you regarding a failed delivery and the parcel is ultimately destroyed, we cannot offer compensation.
International Shipping Considerations

International orders may be subject to customs fees and higher shipping costs.

We strongly encourage customers to review their order and shipping details carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary cancellations or returns.
